How We Got Here
CFM Construction was founded by three partners who grew up in the suburbs and wanted to build something that lasted — not just the structures, but the relationships. After years working for larger firms, they saw firsthand how clients got lost in the shuffle: missed calls, rotating crews, and budgets that ballooned without explanation.
So in 2009, they started CFM with a simple promise: treat every client like a neighbor, because most of them are. That meant showing up on time, communicating clearly, and never cutting corners on materials or craftsmanship.
Today we're a team — carpenters, project managers, estimators, and site supervisors — all based right here in Wisconsin Suburbs. We've completed over 200 projects across the suburbs, from single-room remodels to full commercial build-outs, and we're still answering our own phones.
